Ron Neal is a passionate licensed real estate agent, who serves the central region of NC. Born and raised in Reidsville NC, Ron is very familiar with triad real estate and culture.
Ron has worked in the mental health field for over a decade, where he played a major role in acquiring housing for that underserved population. He has continue with his commitment to mental health while transitioning into a real estate professional and mentor.
Ron enjoys adding value to his community through education and speaking. He is an avid player of chess and a real estate investor as well.
Ron brings dedication and experience into every transaction, and he would love to represent you.
Jaime Lassiter is wife and a mother and still has time to be a serial entrepreneur. She is a key cog in our office dynamics adding organization to our organization. She is functioning primarily as our transaction coordinator but she is much more than that.

Carlos Parks is more than just the owner of Versatile Real Estate Group, he also owns, along with his beautiful wife Demetria, Versatile Investments, Versatile Property Management, Versatile Logistics, and a 501c3 non-profit organization, Versatile Development Group. Carlos is a former TEDx speaker, former member of Toastmaster's International, Black Speakers Bureau, and the Dudley Eagles Speakers Bureau. Carlos is passionate about real estate, mentoring youth and adults, speaking, working in re-entry, and serving his community. He is the father or 3 children, Carlos Parks II, Carlos Parks III, and Carlia Parks. He has 5 grandchildren and he enjoys coaching his children at the YMCA, fishing, sports, playing chess, and anything involving the Tarheels.
